Heavy gunfire at Toulouse siege scene

The Toulouse gunman suspected of killing seven people has been confirmed dead. In the past hour police stormed Mohammed Merah's flat, where he'd been holed up for two days. The Interior Minister said a firefight ensued. The suspect was hiding in the bathroom. He shot at police, then jumped out of the window, while still shooting. Three policemen have been reported injured in this final assault.
