Family members and activists are seeking answers in a woman's death in a jail cell after she refused to leave a St. Louis hospital after being treated for a sprained ankle. Anna Brown, 29, died on the floor of a jail cell within an hour of being dragged from St. Mary's Hospital in Missouri.
