Raw Video Venezuela Amuay Refinery Burning as Deadly Blast Hits Plant

Metanews: A large explosion has struck Venezuela's largest oil refinery, killing 39 people and injuring more than 80. The blast did significant damage to the plant as well as nearby houses and is thought to have been caused by a gas leak.
