Horrifying CCTV Footage Traffic warden being kicked in the head

CCTV footage capturing the shocking moment a traffic warden was karate-kicked in the HEAD in broad daylight. Horrifying CCTV footage shows three pedestrians approaching the civil officer as he noted a car registration plate in Leicester earlier this month. One of the thugs spits in the warden's notebook as he walks past - before taking his pen and poking the council officer in the face with it. Seconds later, the skinhead thug launches a sickening roundhouse kick to the head of the unsuspecting warden - sending him flying to the ground. The shocking footage shows two of the three men running off towards a nearby Tesco as passers-by rush to the aid of the stricken warden, who is in his early 30s.
