4 men had brutally beaten up a woman in Ludhiana in broad daylight and no one came to assist her. The woman managed to obtain the video of the incident and used the same to file a police complaint. According to the woman, she had asked the man to repay a loan taken from her. The man in response gathered his friends and they began to strike with sticks.
