Volkswagen XL1 named the worlds most fuelefficient hybrid

The futuristic-looking vehicle is the Volkswagen XL1 - the world's most fuel-efficient hybrid which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. With an aerodynamic design and hybrid setup, the XL1 is capable of a staggering 313mpg - while emitting just 21g/km of carbon dioxide.
