Journalist recorded his own death in Egypt
Samir Ahmed Assem was only 26 years old and was recording some soldiers on the roof of one of the Army office that country last Monday. That killed some 51 people, according to ABC. The tape shows a soldier in the same roof. He was firing at the group of people on the street, but turned to the reporter and the image is lost after a moment. An hour later, it was reported that Assem was among the dead. The Daily Telegraph said that about 6 in the morning, Ahmed Abu Zeid, editor of Al-Horia Wa Al-Adala, told him what happened. The news came soon. The sniper shot him in the face as Ahmed, who was the only one filming since they started shooting. The Muslim Brotherhood spoke to ABC News that will use the video as evidence that the Army is to blame for the slaughter on Monday. The video was verified by ABC and presented at a conference.
