Animal Cruelty Veterinary plaguing a dog against the wall in Orlando

The vet Stefanie Stasse was recorded with a cell phone when it hit a dog against the wall repeatedly. The director of the Emergency Pet Hospital of Orlando, where the attack took place, publicly apologized for what happened and said the recording is stronger than it actually was.
