71 earthquake and small tsunami alert over Fukushima

A small tsunami of 30 centimeters has come to the east coast of Japan after an earthquake of magnitude 7.1 on the Richter scale recorded in the Pacific Ocean would cause an alert and the evacuation of the Fukushima nuclear plant. Currently there have been reported problems in that damage or installation.
