Dramatic Video Man burned in WeHo on Halloween

In what was supposed to be a night of celebration, has turned to tragedy as Gilbert Estrada has somehow caught on fire, while celebrating with friends at the West Hollywood Parade. Police are currently searching for answers as to how caught on fire, and do not know if it was accidental or if the victim was intentionally set on fire. Some in the crowd thought it was a promotional stunt, and many seemed reluctant to offer assistance even after the flames had died down.
