Ernesto Cordero accused of having links to US political scandal

Ravi Singh is accused of illegally financing political campaigns in San Diego with money from Mexican businessman Susumo Azano. One of the two candidates in the race to be the next leader of the National Action Part (PAN) has been revealed to have ties to both men.
