Recipe seafood pozole

Ingredients: 1 kg hominy, 1 head of garlic, 3 liters fish stock 50g lard 1 onion, shrimp head 5000 gr, 300 gr gallo clam fish 500 gr, 5000 gr clams 1 tablespoon oregano dry. Serve with: avocado, red onion, dried oregano, serrano chile, pork, toast tortillas.
