Lisa Lampanelli’s Dramatic Weight Loss

Lisa Lampanelli has lost over 100 pounds! The raunchy comedian’s dramatic weight loss began three years ago with gastric sleeve surgery and has evolved into a new lease on life. Lisa says the key to keeping the weight off is avoiding emotional eating. She says every day she wakes up and asks herself is she hungry. If she’s physically hungry she eats something good for her, if it’s based off emotion she avoids indulging. All we know is its definitely working. Keep it up Lisa!
