Meadow Walker’s Tribute To Late Dad

In a touching Father's Day Tribute, Meadow Walker posted a sweet baby photo with her famous late dad, Paul Walker. The photo shows Meadow, then a baby, hugging her dad around his neck. Yesterday was Meadow's second Father's Day since losing her father in a fatal car crash back in 2013. Since the "Fast and Furious" stars death, the now 16 year old has only posted a few other photos of the two of them together, but this one really tugs at our heartstrings.
