A photograph of a Filipino boy studying under bright lighting has become popular rapidly in Facebook. The example of perseverance was initially uploaded to Facebook by Joyce gilos Torrefranca, who explained that the child was studying in a street in Cebu, the Philippines, because I had no access to electricity at home.
