It’s Miley’s party and she’s going to do what she wants to. Check out the Bangerz babe’s twerktastic announcement. After bumping and grinding with Robin Thicke at the 2013 VMAs got her banned from performing, the 22 year old is back! But this time, it’s as the host. Miley made the announcement with a crazy Instagram post of her in an alien costume saying, “MTV won’t let me perform, so I’m hosting this year’s VMAs.” It’s ratings gold and we’ll be tuned in.
