Chris Brown Can't Leave The Philippines

Rapper Chris Brown just can’t catch a break. First, the home invasion and now, he’s stuck overseas. TMZ’s reporting that the Philippines government isn’t letting breezy leave the country because he was a no show during his concert on New Year’s Eve. The concert promoters were granted an order to bar the Loyal crooner from leaving the country in an attempt to get him to pay back the money he owed. Check out the video to get all the details.
