Meet the First Female NFL Coach!

Here she is! The first female NFL coach ever! Jen Welter has busted through the NFL glass ceiling by joining Bruce Arians and the Arizona Cardinals. Check out her impressive resume. She has her Masters in sports psychology, a PHD in psychology, so yes she’s a doctor. She was the first female to play a non-kicking position in a men’s pro football league and she won two gold medals for team USA. Who run the world? Girls run the world!
