Legendary Minder Actor George Cole Passes Away

Legendary British actor and star of the hit classic show Minder, George Cole has died at the age of 90 after a short illness. The actor, whose career spanned over nearly 7 decades, is best remembered as Arthur Daley, the small time crook in Minder. Cole died with his family at his side and his agent released this statement saying “It is with deep regret that I have to announce the death of one of our most loved and respected actors.” His Minder costar Dennis Waterman mourned his friend’s loss saying "I’m so grateful to have been a friend of this wonderful man. We worked together for many years and my boast is that we laughed all day every day." Rest in Peace.
