The Dancing with the Stars judge says she and Brooks were standing on their deck at home watching the sunset over the lake and listening to their favorite songs when now fiancé got down on one knee. This sounds like it straight out of a movie! Julianne says she had no words at first and all she could do was explode into his arms!
