Paul Walker's Daughter Files Lawsuit Against Porsche

Paul Walker’s 16-year-old daughter Meadow has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche. According to the lawsuit, the actor survived the impact, but suffered horrifically as he was burned alive. The suit alleges the car would never have careened if it had a proper stabilization system. Something Porsche intentionally decided to leave off of the Carerra GT as well as other deficiencies that did not adequately protect the sports car from erupting in flames. A figure has been put on the lawsuit.
