Taylor Swift's Buys $25 Million Pad in Cash!

Music sensation and seven time Grammy winner, Taylor Swift, paid a whopping $25 million in cold hard cash for a brand new estate in California. According to real estate guru, Yolanda Yakketyyak, Swift purchased the 2-acre, pedigreed Samuel Goldywn estate in Beverly Hills. With six bedrooms and at least five bathrooms plus a two-room guest apartment above the garage, extensive gardens, sunken tennis court, swimming pool, and pool house with kitchenette, the purchase boosts her property portfolio to $70 million.
