Superstar Selena Gomez is opening up about her diagnosis with lupus. The 23-year-old also reveals she’s been undergoing chemotherapy to treat the autoimmune disease. The singer talks about the speculation she was in rehab for substance abuse, saying "I wanted so badly to say, ‘You guys have no idea. I'm in chemotherapy. I locked myself away until I was confident and comfortable again.” But Selena’s diagnosis isn’t slowing her down! Her new album Revival will be released this month followed by a tour!
