Miley Cyrus offer a concert completely naked

Miley Cyrus has just announced a concert where he will look completely naked! She and Wayne Coyne of the group 'Flaming Lips' music join, participate together in this concert. Wayne himself was the one who made the announcement through Instagram saying they plan to publish this concert where not only them but these will have to attend as God brought the world picture. We do not know but he continued to share it all soak in milk, or something that looks like milk. It sounds crazy but in fact this is already recorded and plans to ek video for The Milky Milky Milk album, 'Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz.'
