Actor Randy Quaid and his wife are no longer fugitives from justice. After nearly a week in jail, a Vermont judge has released them and dropped the charges. The Quaid’s fled from California to Canada to allegedly avoid prosecution of felony trespassing and property damage charges and are still wanted in the state, which led to their arrest when crossing the border in Vermont.
