Colton Haynes is slaying Halloween yet again! After embracing his inner Princess Fiona last year, the hunk is stepping up his costume game in 2015. Over the weekend, the Arrow star stepped out completely unrecognizable as Ursula as he celebrates the spooktacular holiday with his closets BFFS.
