Justin Bieber Justifies Ending Concert

First he walked out of an interview, now Justin Bieber has walked out of a concert when he became frustrated by a fan. Check out the video obtained by TMZ. The Biebs took to Instagram with the quote, "I’m not doing the show and this explanation saying it had been a rough week for him and he hadn’t had a lot of sleep."
