Director John Singleton is Team Taraji!

It’s been almost 25 years since John Singleton directed Boyz n the Hood right out of college and became the youngest and first African American nominated director. With such a storied career, one of John’s most recent projects has been directing an episode of FOX’s hit show Empire. We caught up with John at the Austin Film Festival where was honored for his storied career and he’s dishing on what his Empire experience was like directing his favorite actress! Check it out.
