Janis Joplin's Porsche Sells for Record Breaking Amount!

Oh lord won’t you buy me a Mercedes Benz! Music legend Janis Joplin’s psychedelic Porsche Cabriolet was up for auction, but one lucky fan is the new owner. The car was sold for a record $1.76 million dollars making it the highest any Porsche has ever gone for at a public auction. They were only expecting the 1968 car featuring a customized “History of the Universe” mural to fetch $400,000 to $600,000. Check out the video to take a look a Janis Joplin’s sweet car.
