Looks like its baby number two for Chelsea Clinton! The daughter of the former president, Bill Clinton, and presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, took to Twitter to announce the exciting news with an adorable picture, captioning it, “Next summer Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season!” And baby bump watch is now in full effect! Congrats Chelsea! This will be the second child for Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky.
