Goldman Sachs Director Resigns After SEC Investigation

Goldman Sachs Director Rajat Gupta announced that he will leave the company after being told that recorded conversations between himself and Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam were being investigated, according to The Wall Street Journal. It was previously reported that Gupta is being federally probed to uncover whether Gupta gave insider information to Galleon Group's Rajaratnam during the credit meltdown.
