Tattoo "I'm A Thief" a child stole bicycle

A young man who allegedly attempted to steal a bicycle in Brazil's streets took something more than a booty, after being surprised and subdued by two men, who in a lesson tattooed him the phrase "I am a thief and vacillation" (I am a thief and A vacilón) on the forehead. According to local media, the events took place the morning of Friday, June 9 at a tattoo parlor in the Brazilian municipality of São Bernardo do Campo. Ronildo Moreira de Araújo, who made the tattoo, and Maycon Wesley Carvalho dos reis, a neighbor of the place, aged 29 and 27 respectively, were arrested on Saturday afternoon accused of torture. The detainees said that they tattooed the young man to "teach him a lesson" for committing a crime.
