FL Gov: Irma 'Much Worse' Than Hurricane Andrew

Florida Governor Rick Scott warned residents anew Thursday about the dangers of trying to ride out Hurricane Irma. Scott said Irma is "much worse and more devastating" than Hurricane Andrew, the most destructive storm to hit the state.
