Escape a PSYCHIATRIC, decapitate a baby and walk with the head (Russia)

A convicted killer has beheaded an 18-month-old baby after being released from the high-security psychiatric hospital in which he was locked up. After the crime, 42-year-old Mikhail Elinksy appeared in the streets of Astrakhan, southwest Russia, holding the girl's severed head. As the shocking images show, a group of agents went out in their quest to stop him. However, the assassin refused to surrender and threatened them with a knife, while in his body there were still traces of blood.
