by Osvar
At least 64 people have been killed and 65 others injured in two near simultaneous bomb explosions in restaurants in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, in attacks apparently targeting crowds watching the World Cup final. There is no immediate indication of who had launched the attack but there is talk that last year, Somali rebel group al Shabaab threatened to attack the Ugandan capital.
