Miso Soup With Greens
1. Place water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer. 2. Bring water to a boil then add tofu, wakame flakes and chard, cover and cook for 10 min. After 10 minutes turn heat of , Put miso paste is medium bowl slowly add spoons of hot water to the bowl with miso stirring until it's all dissolved, then pour back into the pot ( do not boil after this point ) , serve immediately , garnish with scallion. • 4 cups water • 1 tablespoon of wakame flakes • 1/2 cup chopped green onion • 1/2 cup chopped green chard • 1/4 cup firm tofu, cubed • 3-4 Tbsp miso paste
