Fish Stew for Chilly Days

Get cozy at home with this tasty, one of a kind fish stew. In a deep pot add a drizzle of olive oil followed by garlic, red pepper, cumin and paprika. Then we add the crushed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce with thyme and cook for 4 minutes. Just before serving add the fish cubes and put out the fire. After 5 minutes add the cilantro and serve. Ingredients: • 1 lb whitefish chopped in 1 1/2 inch cubes • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 4oz crushed tomatoes • 8oz tomato sauce • 2 sprigs of thyme • 1 red pepper • Chopped cilantro
