30-year-old evicted from parents' house in CNY

After 30 minutes of back and forth in court - trying to convince him to move out on his own - State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood ordered Michael Rotondo to be evicted from his parents' house in Camillus, N.Y. Rotondo's argument was that he was entitled to six months more time.
