President Trump orders flags at half-staff in honor of Capital Gazette shooting victims

President Donald Trump has ordered flags lowered after a request from Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley, who made the request in honor of five journalists shot and killed last week. Initially, Trump rejected the request Monday.
