#CCTV: African American throws constant bullets against man from The Bronx
Last Wednesday at approximately 6:30 a.m. 41-year-old Salvatore Zottola was shot multiple times standing near a vehicle--outside his home located on Tierney Place, near Locous Point Drive, police said. The harrowing incident began when a red Nissan pulled up next to Mr. Zottola and a man in the front passenger seat of the Nissan leaned out of its window and open fired on him. Mr. Zottola can be seen rolling away to avoid the bullets--the Nissan then stops and the gunman runs out of the car and fires at the victim at point-blank range, before returning to the car, which then speeds away. Mr. Zottola was removed to the hospital in serious condition but is expected to survive. The individuals believed to be responsible for this incident remain on the loose.
