Check out this video taken of a Russian dude who is BLAZED out of his mind, running amuck in the streets of Russia, baring it all for the world to see! (above) He's looking like he's having a pretty sweet time, regardless of the fact that he is getting his ass kicked! We know he was somewhat of a nuisance, but the violence really wasn't necessary.
