North Carolina’s governor warned the storm will bring days and days of rain, with the potential for causing deadly floods. The National Hurricane Center expects the category 4 storm to reach land by the end of the week with 130 mile-per-hour winds. Forecasters added Hurricane Florence could drop between 20 and 30 inches of rain.
