In a migrant caravan, criminals do travel: Mexican Gov

The secretary of Interior (Segob) Alfonso Navarrete Prida acknowledged on Monday that there are criminal groups infiltrated in the Central American migrant caravan, for which he asked the Government of Guatemala to act against these actions that are not "vulnerable population but criminals."
