Kevin Spacey's Lawyers Dispute Video Of Sexual Assault Incident

According to SF Gate, Kevin Spacey's attorneys are disputing that a video captured the disgraced actor groping a young man. But a criminal complaint filed with the Massachusetts State Police indicates that the young man record part of the incident on Snapchat. Spacey allegedly groped the 18-year-old at a bar in Nantucket in July, 2016. The 59-year-old actor is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 7th next year at a Nantucket District Court. Spacey faces a felony charge of indecent assault and battery.
