Donald Trump and Pence place wreath at MLK memorial

U.S. President Donald Trump, joined by Vice President Mike Pence, made an unannounced visit to the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Memorial in Washington D.C. on Monday. Trump laid a wreath below the MLK memorial statue. The U.S. commemorates the civil rights leader with events nationwide every January 21.
