Passenger jet rocked by violent crosswinds above Gibraltar

A flight from London Heathrow to Gibraltar Airport had to be diverted after severe winds made landing at GIB impossible. British Airways flight BA492 was rocked side to side as it approached the airport while battling the strong crosswinds and was diverted to Malaga Airport where it landed safely. The passengers on board the flight were then brought by bus to Gibraltar.
