Donald Trump threatens to close border with Mexico, halting billions in trade

President Trump is threatening to close the border with Mexico, if it doesn't do more to stop migrants. The U.S. is cutting aid to three Central American countries over immigration. The State Department says it will suspend payments to the countries, which are the source of recent waves of migrants.
