Man killed father in library with crossbow

The son of a Chinese immigrant has been charged with the murder of his father after he was killed with a crossbow in a packed Toronto library. Fang Zhou, 24, walked into the library and sprayed Si Cheng with pepper spray before shooting him through the heart. Police believe the killing is connected to domestic violence.
