President Donald Trump Plays The Victim While Visiting Victims

The president traveled to both Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas on Wednesday -- both cities that suffered mass shootings in the past week -- and in between he took to Twitter to rage at Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley.
