Huge New ‘Starfish’ Airport Officially Opens in Beijing

The new ‘starfish’ airport is said to be the world’s largest single-building airport terminal. It is expected to handle 72 million passengers every year by 2025. Late architect Zaha Hadid, who died of a heart attack in 2016, was the mastermind behind the structure.
